Fruits and vegetables are synonymous with freshness and good taste. But what happens after they're pressed? Do their juices retain their purity after the extraction process? The apples

A large portion of the apple juice we produce comes from fresh apples. The supply of fresh apples explains the incomparable, distinctive taste of brands like Rougemont, Oasis, Allen's, Bright's, Graves, Mont-Rouge, Nature's Best, Fairlee and Everfresh.

Numerous apple growers supply us with thousands of tons of apples every year, which we then press at our plants in Quebec, Nova Scotia and Ontario. The oranges

For our Oasis Premium orange juice not made from concentrate, the actual juice is transported from production facilities to our installations via tanker truck. Once there, it's sent directly to our packaging line for pasteurization and bottling. This ensures that all the freshness and flavour of the fruit are preserved.

The other fruits

A rigorous selection process is conducted in more than 20 countries to find the best fruit worthy of our delicious juices and cocktails. Our buyers regularly visit these suppliers to ensure their adherence to international standards for quality, safety and sanitation. Selected fruits are pressed in their country of origin and transformed into concentrate or purée, as required.

The vegetables

The ingredients for our vegetable juices and cocktails are selected according to the same rigorous criteria and international standards. The very best vegetables are pressed near their area of cultivation before their conversion into juice, concentrate or purée.

Our Ontario plant is where we receive fresh tomatoes during the harvest season. These are then transformed into an excellent tomato juice. You'll find all the good taste and freshness of these vegetables in our Oasis, Allen's and Bright's brands.
